Rio de Janeiro is the most beautiful and attractive city of Brazil. We have beautiful places to visit like Sugar Loaf, Corcovado, Carioca Arches, Botanical Gardens, good Discotheques and good restaurants.

I would offer FURNISHED APARTMENTS for rent.

We have one, two, three and four bedrooms apartments at Copacabana with bed-clothes, towels and a person to clean every three days.

All the apartments are near the beach or at the beach front. The prices are more expensive on December, January, February, July and August. It's better to make reservations a few months in advance for New Year and Carnival. For other periods it is recommended to make reservation at least two months in advance.

For example, an apartment with one bedroom at the best point of Ipanema close to the "Caesar Park", the best hotel of the area costs around $60 a day for holidays, new year and carnival and more than 15 days the same apartment costs around $45, depending on how many persons, because this apartment can lodge up to three persons.

Rates are higher during the HIGH SEASON VACATION PERIOD: December, January, February, July August, and even higher during the days of Carnival and New Years Eve.

Various types of apartments

TYPE A :

one room, kitchen and bathroom
For 2 persons
All furnished with double bed or two beds.

TYPE B:

one bedroom, living-room kitchen and bathroom.
For 3 or 4 persons.

TYPE C:

two bedrooms, living-room.
For 4 or 5 persons.

TYPE D:

three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. For 6 till 8 persons.

TYPE E:

Same as Type D, but with ocean view.

TYPE F:

four bedrooms, living-room, kitchen and bathroom.

Details

All apartments are completely with;

a) kitchen utensils

b) bed-clothes.

c) towels.

d) air condition or a fan.

e) less than 7 days, increase $5/day

 We can arrange sightseeing in Rio at varying prices.
We can pick you up at the airport and to let you into the apartment for $ 50.
