World Access is now available VIA direct "800" access from Germany!

World Access customers dialing from Germany, may now dial:

		0-800-008-0113

The customer then enters their PIN code (also called their AuthCode),
and completes their call without having to wait for a "callback".  This
service, often referred to as "direct access", is slightly more
expensive during peak hours, and less expensive during off-peak hours:

Rates to all other countries are the same.  That is, add the German Leg
to the rate for the destination country.

This access method is "in addition" to standard callback.  Standard
callback remains available at the rate of $0.080 per minute, for the
German Leg.

It is worth noting that Direct Access is available and convenient for
use from hotels, pay phones, and from any other phone, whereas callback
is limited to a designated phone, unless reprogrammed.

World Access "Direct" will be available in several other countries in
the future.  We do not presently have a list or schedule available.

World Access "Dialing Instructions" will NOT be updated.  If you have
customers in Germany, YOU will need to update their dialing
instructions.  Voice prompts are provided.
