AGREEMENT 
I, by signing below, agree to be responsible for, pay and specifically
authorize Connect International and its Telecommunication Service 
providers to charge for long distance telecommunications services and
all associate long distance usage amounts and charges for services on 
my account at Connect International. I understand that I am being 
extended credit for the use of services and authorize Connect Interna-
tional and Its Service providers to obtain credit card authorization 
for one month's estimated usage. I understand that Connect International
and its telecommunication providers will, at approximately the end of 
one week following my monthly invoicing date, charge my credit card the
actual charges for services. Should the credit card fail for any reason, 
and a valid second credit card has been provided on my account at Conn-
ect International, Connect International and its service providers will 
charge my second card the full amount. If my usage, at a certain time is 
over $250, I authorize Connect International and its service providers 
to charge on my credit card account $250, even if I have not received 
yet my invoice. That amount will be deducted from my invoice when I 
receive it. With respect to Connect International and its service 
providers, I understand that I have 30 days from the date of receipt of  
Connect International invoice to dispute any charges and that all 
disputes must be submitted in writing, via registered air mail or fax 
to Connect International at the address below. I further agree that in 
the event my credit card becomes invalid, I will provide Connect Inter-
national and its service providers with a valid credit card number upon 
request and will pay any and all outstanding balances owed to Connect 
International and its service providers.
