The rates posted by Connect are the TOTAL cost in US$ per minute.
    Do not confuse this with the additive rate tables 
    posted by most companies.  These look lower because 
    you have to add the cost of country of origin 
    plus the cost of destination country. 

    Access Authority and Americom Clearworld have such 
    additive rate tables, unlike Connect's table.
