Job Summary

Fully accountable for the strategy and implementation of marketing dashboards and strategic analysis using Marketing Automation and Data Science tools.

Essential Duties

  • Leverages technical expertise to Identify opportunities for targeting, revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Uses data science and machine learning tools to build predictive models for revenues and other KPIs
  • Run deep dive and ad-hoc analyses for product owners on as-needed basis
  • Works closely with product and IT to collaborate on the data quality and pipelines to be able to build automated marketing dashboards and reports
  • Highly proficient in data science and data automation tools tools like Big Query, Tableau, R, Python, SQL.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to clearly deliver insights and findings
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single narrative
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Prior experience using data analysis tools required (SPSS, SAS, etc.)
  • Prior experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Prior experience using data science / automation tools (BigQuery, R, Python, SQL)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • MBA or Master’s (preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in an analytics focused role
  • 3+ years experience in marketing or data analytics and automation

Working Environment

This is primarily an office job. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending and lifting (up to 15 pounds). Approximately 98% of time is spent using a video display terminal.

Fleet Driver - GIG Car Share Seattle

Summary

Seeking a passionate Fleet Technician to serve our GIG Car Share Member community. This individual will join our fleet team with an opportunity to thrive and use your skills to help deliver best-in-class Member experiences and creating a positive impact on the diverse communities we serve

Essential Functions

  • Reposition Gig cars from low utilization zones to high utilization zones
  • Refuel and clean Gig cars in the fleet for a great Member experience
  • Shuttle Gig cars for maintenance and repair services (e.g., oil changes, flat tire repairs, etc.)
  • Inspect, photograph and determine resolution of damaged vehicles
  • Test, diagnose, service and repair vehicle telematics technology
  • Perform light maintenance (e.g., battery jump, changing tires, etc.)
  • Prepare cars for in-fleeting and de-fleeting
  • Audit quality of work of third party fleet partners

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to creatively problem solve with an attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Team Members, partners and Gig Members
  • Ability to deliver best-in-class experiences
  • Have an internal drive to do what it takes to get the job done with a Member focus mentality

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • At least 21 years old with driving experience
  • Customer service facing experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to work weekends

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

  • Lifting and carrying various parts, weighing up to 30-50 pounds, several times a day
  • Bending, kneeling, reaching and stooping as required for service calls

The Product Lead drives rapid consumer adoption and inspires brand loyalty, designs communication to attract new users, focuses on knowing the target customer and developing ways to improve interactions with the customer.

Essential Functions

  • Design communication blueprint to attract new users
  • Set and achieve awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention targets to support growth
  • Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of acquisition and engagement channels (e.g., website, app, email, social, out-of-home, video, radio, public relations, referrals)
  • Optimize resources: Design and execute tests, analyze results, and make changes to improve ROI
  • Embody the voice of the customer: Lead industry, competitor, and consumer research

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Formulates, sets goals, determines actions to achieve the goals, and mobilizes resources to execute the actions.
  • Brand loyalty – Cultivate a pattern of consumer behavior where consumers become committed to a brand and make repeat purchases form the same brands over time.
  • Consumer life cycle knowledge – Knowledge of the progression of the steps a customer goes through when considering purchasing, using, and maintaining loyalty to a product or service.
  • Research – Ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed. Identify, scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes through highly analytical thinking and analysis.
  • Analysis – Examines data and facts to uncover and understand cause-effect relationships, thus providing basis for problem solving and decision making.
  • Analyze and plan on how a brand is perceived in the market, and developing a good relationship with the target market.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years combined experience in marketing, brand, and product
  • New user acquisition experience across a broad portfolio of marketing channels
  • Experience working in a consumer packaged goods organization
