Gig Fleet Operations Support (FOS) team is the brain of Gig Fleet Operations. FOS Specialists help determine the best course of action to maintain and repair Gig’s fleet, ensure high Member satisfaction, and increase fleet availability. FOS Specialists are responsible for creating the best-in-class experience for Gig Members and new revenue streams for the business. We are looking for a Gig FOS Team Lead to help run day-to-day operations, implement new technologies, work on automating repetitive tasks, and carry out process improvements.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and support Team Members on day-to-day operations. Analyze team metrics to ensure goals are being met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Update and maintain operational documentation.
  • Address operational concerns by creating and maintaining processes and procedures for Team Members across the broader organization.
  • Make recommendations for new systems. Implement new systems and processes to improve operational key performance indicators. Identify areas of operation that may need automation and coordinate implementation of possible solutions.
  • Assist with attendance management, time cards, and time off requests.
  • Work with Fleet Operations team members to ensure proper vehicle location and coordinate pick up of all impounded vehicles, dead batteries, unresponsive vehicles, repossession, tows, cleaning inspections.

  • Collaborate closely with Member Support Team as well as other colleagues at Gig and AAA MWG\

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 3-years in a Member service related field (Required)
  • Project management or process implementation experience (Required)

  •  Supervisory experience or experience in a team lead capacity (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to understand and follow complex instructions

  • Design communication blueprint to attract new users

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

  • Hire, train, and support a team of AAA Car Buying Member Advisors
  • Master and train Member Advisors on how to overcome objections, perform all steps of the sales process, close sales, and provide guidance on how to improve sales performance
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
  • Build rapport and follow up with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Maintain superior customer service and review ratings
  • Distribute and manage lead performance, including documentation, follow-up, reporting and stats (times, appointment/show/close rates)
  • Meet or exceed monthly gross targets set by the Operations Lead
  • Review deals submitted by Advisors (prior to member presentation) for vehicle, structure, and products so that stock inventory is rotated and overall gross targets are met or exceeded.
  • Submit deals to lenders for approvals and placement to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
  • Assist Member Advisors in closing deals by speaking with customers, overcoming objections and addressing concerns.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • ​Previous dealership and management experience a huge plus
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees
  • Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday

Summary:

Provides executive administrative support to one or more senior executive who oversee multiple departments within the same division.

Essential Functions

  • Strong management of scheduling all internal and external meetings, travel plans, conference calls and day to day activities for senior executive(s).

Essential Functions

  • Reposition Gig cars from low utilization zones to high utilization zones
  • Refuel and clean Gig cars in the fleet for a great Member experience
  • Shuttle Gig cars for maintenance and repair services (e.g., oil changes, flat tire repairs, etc.)
  • Inspect, photograph and determine resolution of damaged vehicles
  • Test, diagnose, service and repair vehicle telematics technology

Essential Functions

  • Achieve sales goals and track performance to meet/exceed those quotas
  • Submit deals to the Sales Team Lead (prior to member presentation) for approval
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Present all optional vehicles available for customer purchase
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of pre-owned vehicles
  • Mentor, coach, and support fellow Member Advisors, specifically new hires
  • Maintain superior customer service and review ratings

  • Build rapport with fellow AAA employees to encourage and provide cross business line referrals

Summary

Our Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing and media strategies to create brand awareness, drive Member acquisition and increase retention.   You will manage, optimize and report on paid online media campaigns, covering all digital tactics such as social media marketing, display advertising, SEM/SEO, video, and remarketing.

Essential Functions

  • Operates on a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of search and other digital marketing roadmap including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, landing pages, A/B testing and analytics.
  • Partner across the marketing organization to align marketing objectives and build integrated plans
  • Leverage knowledge of our target audiences, their interaction with digital channels and key messages to design and deploy effective digital campaigns and customer experiences.
  • Plan and manage paid search, display/retargeting ads, and SEO;
  • Build and execute campaigns from start to finish including, but not limited to, end to end campaign experience flow, landing pages and form creation.

  • Campaign reporting: Summarize, report and optimize online campaign delivery and performance metrics .  Capture and analyze key metrics to optimize and improve ROI for all digital marketing programs.
