Our Future
We launched A3Ventures in 2016 on a mission to experiment, invent and test-drive products and services that help our Members navigate the future. We explore the emerging landscapes of mobility, home, life management, financial services, and travel & leisure. We incubate our own ideas in our innovation lab and we make strategic investments through our venture capital group.

Kalpesh Joshi
Head of Innovation Lab
Kalpesh Joshi is Head of Innovation Lab at A3Ventures, focusing on incubating ideas and launching products that enable people and communities to navigate the future.
Before joining A3Ventures, Kalpesh led strategic projects across AAA NCNU as VP, Project Management and Data Operations, including the integration of several AAA Clubs and building the Member Service Center.
Prior to that, he co-founded Pahaly, a startup bringing aggregated data to the wedding industry, focusing on discovery and planning tools for non-traditional venues.
He started his career as a consultant at Accenture. He went on to build the forecasting practice at Logic Information Systems, expanding it globally across six countries in Europe, Latin America, and North America.
Kalpesh received his B.S. in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
In his spare time, Kalpesh enjoys relaxing with his family, reading, and traveling.
Cynthia Kueppers
Head of Venture Capital
Cynthia is Head of Venture Capital at A3Ventures, focusing on early-stage investing and acquisitions.
Before joining A3Ventures, Cynthia was the co-founder and General Partner at Veranda Venture Partners. At VVP she founded two companies and invested in early-stage and lower-middle market companies in the US and Latin America.
Prior to that, she was an investment banker at at Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital, focusing on the transportation sector. At Presidio Financial Partners, Cynthia recommended private equity and alternative asset opportunities, advising on $1bn+ AUA. She started her career at Brunswick Capital Management, a hedge fund investing in emerging markets.
Cynthia is a CFA charterholder. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from Yale University School of Management, and received her B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from University of Pennsylvania.
In her spare time, Cynthia plays an active role in mentoring entrepreneurs and rising female founders, and is an avid traveler.
